Last week was a very hectic week. Planning had been going on a month, preparation more than a week and finally the execution on 15/10/11 the task that i've committed to undertake when approached by
dessertArtisans sistas the catering of their nauti-cal Hen party held at Keppel Bay on sea duction boat.
The preparation of the 7 menus it was not an easy task as the menus, colours had to be agreed and aligned with the red, blue and white theme. The back & forth discussion meet up, email and thankfully watsApps on the colours and designs were exchanged with dessertArtisans to meet their client specific request of Nautical Hen Party.

yes it was tiring - the planning and preparation
(tak menang tangan tq to Jothi & shidah for assisting, picture desperate housewife Bree doing catering while the others lending a hand but not at wisteria lane but at Idaman...hehehe)

yest it was stressful - from the delivery across the border to the set up to the taste
(crossing the border with all the food baca punya baca....lepas tu fikir nak assemble on site then if these not enuf a tot cross my mind sekali orang mkn tak sedap ADOI!!)

yes it was a rush job, 1 hour to set up the food in a rocking boat
(tangan mengeletar tak makan dari pagi, lak tu dalam boat bila bau minyak teringat candat!)
